i purchased laptop last month i want to create recovery disc of operating system.when i go to the recovery disc creation option laptop extract only 50% files after that it stop working.how i can extract 100i% for recovery anyone guide me………………..to create recovery disc.

If the store balks and offers you a disc instead, try it immediately. A computer is worthless without a Recover disc.

Sadly without hacking you are only able to create your recovery disc one time. When it had an error the first time it may have counted that as your one time. This is just a guess, I don’t do prefab computers for those reasons.
