In Windows Vista, how do you adjust the percentage of hard drive space dedicated for Windows System Restore?

By default, Windows Vista reserves a obscene 15% of hard drive space for System Restore. Does anyone know how to adjust the size of system restore?

See this site. Microsoft, in making Vista "easier to use" than XP, made this much more complicated.
