More details please! What EXACTLY do you see on your screen if anything? Try tapping F2 or F10 or F12 when you power up and see if it will let you get into the Bios. Also if you moved the PC, it's possible you could have slightly jolted the CPU loose from the motherboard as Dell doesn't use original Intel Fans/Heatsinks and many of the ones they use are Top heavy and tend to put more stress on the CPU, which when loose will make you computer power up but you'll be looking at only a black screen.

It may be just a case of the bios battery draining down… After plugging it in start the computer and hit the "f2" or "f12" as soon as you start up. Go to the IDE configuration section and check to see if the computer is detecting your hard drive. Once done exit the set up screen and let the computer continue booting.

you probably do not have the jumper settings on the hard drive correct if you have added a 2nd drive. Check the manual to make sure how to change primary to master and secondary to slave.
