Restore My Files

I can't seem to find anything on my computer besides backup and restore but I want the full recovery. Any suggestions on how to find it? I've already been to the HP website and cannot find it where they said to look.-Help!

you will need a separate windows installation disk provided by the manufacturer, or bought separately. It can not be created on your computer
