Restore My Files

i was wondering is there a limit to do this on your pc? ive done it twice and its in need of another recovery is it safe to do so? how many times can i do an emergency repair on my pc?

also i wanted to know i have a backup or restore program on my computer but i have never used it before i was wondering how does this backup files thing work? will i have to use a disk to save files on or will they still be on my computer once ive done the recovery? because i dont have a disk nor do i have a floppy so i was just wondering will the files still be on my pc once ive done the back up?

please help asap

You can recover your PC as many times as you want but you must be doing something wrong in order to keep on recovering it.

The backup/restore program will copy your information onto another drive or cd/dvd.
