does recovering from Acer 5520g recovery CD erase all files from BOTH hardrive partitions (C & D)?

I have downgraded from Windows Vista to windows XP and now I wanted to switch back to Vista. I stored all my downloads in drive D and my OS/programs in drive C. If I restore from my recovery discs, will the process erase all data in D or it will only erase the C drive.

Hi,

If you made the partition its not going to happend anything, but If the partition were made for the manufacturer, then it will be deleted.

If that's the case save your info in DVDs

Good luck bro'
