Lost a critically important document through accidental deletion?
Recycle Bin already emptied?
Fear not.
When a file is deleted from the Recycle Bin, or if the recycle bin is bypassed altogether, the Windows Operating System can no longer recover the file. However the content of the file still remains on the hard drive, relatively intact, until the section of the drive it occupies is overwritten by another file being saved over it.
Restore My Files identifies the contents of files such as this on your hard drive, and can reconstruct the file, at least partially. With luck the whole file can be recovered. If part of the file has already been overwritten, Restore My Files will attempt to reconstruct as much of the file as possible.
Restore My Files offers something which no price can be attached to: peace of mind.
Hard Drive Restore Features:
- Recovers files instantly from hard drives, floppies and other fixed media types
- Scans hard drives rapidly and discovers recoverable files within minutes
- Searches for recoverable files using all or part of their file names
- Non-intrusive: does not write to the section of the drive from which it is recovering data
- Works around bad-sector disk areas to recover data where other programs fail
- Supports hard drives larger than 8 GB
- Supports the Windows FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS file systems
Restore My Files offers a free download so you can test out the interface.
Take it for a test drive:
